Pros: - Nice location & peaceful area. - Last 3.5 KM way towards hotel is adventures and provides off roading experience. Cons (Xtreme Negative) - Food quality is good but food has not taste, management seriously should think of changing cheff. - Kitchen opening time is 7 AM, no body picks phone till 7:45 AM, early tea drinker this hotel is not for you. - Order would take minimum 45 minutes to be served- - NO buffet in breakfast with limited choice - Frequent electricity cut outs and come backs after 10-15 mins - Big Negative they do not accept any cards or electronic money, I do not know how they got 3 stars without this. Pleople please carry cash. My Bad Experiences - Washrooms stinks, requested to be cleaned several timea but nothing happens after cleaning. - Telephone line was dead, have to go to reception to place any request. - Near by ATM are 4 kms away.

It is my sincere request , not to opt for this hotel.All hotels are providing meals for the drivers but this people demand at the time of chekout.I had opted the stay with meals but I am very sorry to mention that I literally have to beg for meals as whatever you demand will be charged extra and does not follow under package meals.There is no buffet system for breakfast and dinner.Moreover it is 26kms away from Nainital and due to traffic and raods you have to calculate 1 hour journey one way.Moreover last 3.5kms to reach hotel is complete off-raod and If you are going through taxi , they either want come or will demand extra money from you.

not maintained , 2 km entrance way is very bed. at the time of booking , mention to take 7000/- for 31 st gala night dinner . hence we went with feeling of enjoying there at 31 st night. But there was no party at 31 st night & don't take any charges. but we have missed the our 31 st night party. but one positive thing is that staff is good & their service & support are good. if they can maintained the property , it will be a good destination.

My stay in this hotel went quite well and comfortable..they have excellent service quality and staff with clean rooms and bathrooms..food I did not eat here so won't be able to rate that but besides that this hotel is more suitable for business and family stay..it one of the best hotels in accordance to what they charge you for..great stay here and worthy money spent.

Worst location. For a couple you should avoid it. There is no road to the hotel. I went back after following 2Km track and has not visited the hotel. Sincere advice to family travellers. Dont go there. It is totally not safe..
