Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria,Nainital

the parking space at the hotel is cramped which is understandable considering the terrain. The staff parked my car and parked more cars behind it. We couldn't leave for early morning trip as per plan because the parking situation was a mess and the staff told us they didn't know who the cars park behind us belong to. When the owner of the car was finally identified, the staff made me move that car as if I was a driver. The hotel is clueless in regards to management of their own faculties. The breakfast timing window is also 2 hours compared to 3-4 hours in any Indian hotel. The stay was fine but overall experience is usually more than just the stay.

Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria, offers exceptional hospitality services. The premises is newly built, clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Staff is professional and courteous. The restaurant has good food. Overall a premium experience. Special mention to Mr. Pankaj from the hospitality team who made my stay really comfortable. He went out of his way, to help us when we were unable to find a cab to drop us to the station during the election period. He was very helpful throughout our stay.

The property is around 3 kms away from Bhimtal lake amidst a forest. The first glimpse reveals a cute boutique place where everything is placed aesthetically. We were greeted with a smile and a welcome drink which was quite refreshing. If you want to get away from city rush and want to just enjoy nature with trees around and wake up to birds chirping then this is definitely the place for you.

ok here's the honest review. if you want to roam around nainital and want to see places. then dnt look for this property as it is in bhimtal(far from nainital). but if you want to relax in nature or inside your room in a luxurious property with a bit of a relaxing tinch ,go for it. period.
