Hotel Naaz Executive

While searching Google Maps for a decent hotel close to the airport, luckily I found Hotel Naaz. We arrived an hour early to a warm welcome by Mr. Nadim,hotel Manager and the always smiling hotel staff. Mr. Nadim checked us in early. He even accepted my last minute request to arrange for a tour of Mumbai. The hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff will gladly carry your suitcases upstairs and explain the amenities. The room is super clean, the air conditioning works efficiently, the bathroom is clean and water pressure hot or cold is strong. The room service and response from the front desk is prompt and courteous upon dialing #9. The bed and pillows are comfortable with the right amount of firmness. Delicious Meals may be enjoyed at restaurant Naaz nearby or ordered room service. We were tired after our all day Mumbai tour with driver Mr. Sabbir ()so we ordered room service dinner, which was served with ceramic dishes and silverware! We would easily stayed more days if time permitted. The existing linens are dated, I suggest that the hotel replace them. I also suggest that guests should not be shy in tipping the staff! It was a wonderful experience living at Hotel Naaz Executive. I returned to India with my mother after almost 7.5 years, and was speculative about booking the hotel room. The road from airport to the hotel was under construction, so the taxi journey wasn't a great experience. But, after reaching the hotel, the manager received us and treated us like family, which touched us genuinely. The food from their restaurant was delicious too! Overall, I loved my stay and highly recommend to anyone who is willing to be treated like family. Oh yeah, I was so touched by their hospitality that I gifted them a souvenir that I brought from China :)

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Service was very good and prompt. We also ordered food from their restaurant, which is at a walking distance of 2 mins from the hotel. Breakfast is also served in same restaurant. Food prices was reasonable and the quality, quantity of food is also good. Rooms are good with big windows, allowing natural light in room. Same as shown in pics. Washrooms are clean. Entire hotel premises is neat and clean. All staff members are very helpful and provide very good service to all customers. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all friends and family.

The best midrange hotel I have stayed at in Mumbai and excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean, excellent staff, access to a good restaurant 24 hours, mini fridge with drinks at MRP, complementary tea and coffee, very good reception, especially the nice lady receptionist. The area is a little dusty and chaotic and foreign travellers not used to India may not like the area but it is safe and close to airport. Also it’s ten minutes from one of the best shopping malls in India (Phoenix marketcity). I will definitely stay here again.
