Hari and Unni were excellent hosts. Checking in was a breeze. I had chosen a Non A/c room which I booked through Goibibo at a good price. The room was neat and bright, but more importantly it smelled fresh and clean. The toilet and shower were sparkling which is always a plus. Towel, soap and shampoo were provided compliments of the house. Mattress and pillow were pretty comfortable. The only issue I had was that the cupboard in my room didn't have a key in case I needed to lock up any valuables. But both Unni and Hari reassured me that locking my door was more than sufficient because they were always there 24/7 to guarantee safety and security. I had checked in around 5.00 PM, and Unni was able to get me tickets to the 6.00 PM Kathakali showat Greenix Village Cultural Arts Centre, and he did not charge me extra for the service. They also provided me with bottled drinking water upon request after I had returned, and only charged me Rs.20/- which is the regular price for bottled drinking water. Unni also makes a really good cup of coffee. I had three the following morning. This too was reasonably priced at Rs.30/- each which is actually lower than the prices you will find at the cafes around Fort Kochi - especially considering that the coffee is served to one's room. I had asked for mine to be served at the roof-top terrace. There are two Wi-fi units that I noticed. One on the ground floor and one at the Roof-top terrace. Unni gave me the password for the Wi-fi as soon as I had checked in. However, I did not use the Wi-fi so I can't comment on speed or signal strength. My room was equipped with a TV. A quick channel surf revealed a dozen or so cable channels which were mostly Tamil. Again, I didn't watch TV so I didn't bother to ask Hari and Unni if there were other channels available. Check out was pretty straightforward. And, even after I had checked out, Hari still offered to lend assistance in case I needed help while exploring Fort Kochi - which was really considerate of him. All in all, I had an really pleasant stay at Namaste Fort Kochi, the service was definitely of a standard you only find in higher-end hotels, and I am happy to say that they definitely have a return-customer in me. Must remember to take some more photos next time.

If you guys are looking for budget hotel with good service in Fort Kochi area then yes this is this right choice. The property is near to almost all major attractions in Fort Kochi area and helpful staff of this hotel take full care of thier guests and also guide them to plan their day. Mr. Hari and his team ( I forget the names of other staff members) were brilliant. Coming to room it is small but neat and clean and good room service is cherry on the top of the cake. I would definitely recommend this hotel for budget stay in Fort Kochi area. And definitely will plan to come here again.

The rooms are clean and well lit. One of the decent home stays in fort kochi. Easily accessible and no dogs at night if you prefer to walk back to the hotel from the beach at night. Things provided in hotel: Two single beds combined to make a king size bed, wifi works just about fine, hot water kettle on request, steam iron on request. Hot water (But at night there was no hot water probably because the geyser is solar. Advice to management would be to have check on the shower nozzles. Those didn’t look clean. Other wise perfect stay

Awesome stay! Excellent hospitality. Staffs were affable and welcoming. Worth for this price! Bathrooms were clean and tidy. They guided our group to each and every corner of fort kochi and told us what to do in the island place inaddition to their service. Check in and checkout was very easy just handing over the keys thats it. I pointed out an issue regarding the bulbs in the room. They rectified within one hour. Happy to share this review. Take this homestay and enjoy cochin to the limits.
