What was great: ++ Excellent location with access to all the prime shopping areas and temples in and around MG Road ++ A clean and well maintained property ++ Quiet environment with a homely feeling ++ Very friendly staff at the reception and housekeeping ++ The hotel management are accommodative of special requests What could be improved: -- lack of privacy (room on the ground floor has windows overlooking a common area with guests and staff so the curtains cannot be opened during day time, no tinted glass on windows etc.) -- curtains were not dark coloured so too much light from surroundings at night (for sensitive travellers who are disturbed by light) -- no staff actively manning the reception after midnight (we had to find staff at 02:00 AM to turn on the generator after a power failure) -- mosquito menace (owing to open exhaust fan hole in the bathroom) -- mattress quality (people with back problems will need to check this out) -- complimentary bottled water could be provided

The owner was very helping in nature and in situation of difficulty all help was extended to us including a few extra hours after checkout for no cost, however the hotel doesn't provide any good view and surround by buildings, the breakfast was 2 star

Good ambience, carm location, easy to access, homely nature, amble parking space, healthy breakfast, privacy rooms, management with helping nature, I will recommend for my friends and family for their stay

First of all they have 2 categories of rooms and they provided lower category. Neatness is good , Facilities are good and everything is good. But attitude of people was very bad.
