Nandha Residency

1). I selected deluxe ac room for 3 pax. in the picture, 2 cots with beds. were shown and hence I selected. but actually the hotel did not provide this room. they gave only extra matress even after showing them the pic. 2) drinking water was not provided even after repeated requests. 3) washroom floor not clean. 4) poor management and very poor service

Rooms are cleaned in very poor condition Phone calls are attended and answered in poor condition Bathrooms are cleaned in poor condition after previous employee use. In the worst case, they didn't clean the rooms after the previous user has used them and change only the bed sheet and give it to us.

What we got for booking an AC room is this:Bathrooms are like public toilets, Dirty to the core.Bedsheets full of marks. Dingy rooms. Torn towelsNo Hot waterBig spiders in roomStaying at railway rest rooms is better than this hotelHighly disappointed Even AC Rooms here are not worth even 500.

rooms were spacious but not tidy. also, bathrooms were not at all clean..no toiletries were provided..dust started flying when opened the wardrobes..if they do some maintenance, i think it's good...staff were ok and didn't faced any problems when doing a late checkin even....
