Hotel Navtara Vaishali Nagar

I recently stayed at Hotel Navtara, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. The lack of power backup during my stay was particularly troubling, leaving me without basic amenities and causing significant inconvenience. The staff's behavior only worsened the situation. They were not only unprofessional but also rude, showing little concern for the discomfort caused by the power outage. Their lack of responsiveness and courtesy made an already frustrating situation far worse. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I would strongly advise against staying here due to these critical issues. There was no power backup, which left me without essential services during my stay and caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, the staff were unprofessional and did not handle the situation well. Their lack of courtesy and inefficiency only added to the frustration. Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel

stay was very good and also the room was were clean and tasty food all the amenities were available, yes but on my stay i am facing a little bit problem of electricity cutting and service is also little bit slow otherwise the staff is very polite and very good i gave 3.5/5 star rating for my stay at navtara

staff and service was good…there should be more attentiveness towards the facilities provided during checking in…like towel, shop…for basic things doesn’t sound good to ask… this is just for the feedback to improve the service overall experience was nice… and overall rating 3.5/5

Hotel Navtara is idel place to stay, if your in a short visit to Jaipur city. Staff was helpful and the location is a few kilometres away from the city hustle bustle.
