This hotel is just amazing. I stayed here for first time in November 2022 and since then I stayed here 3-4 times, and it never failed to deliver it's best services. The check-in and check-out experience was always very fast and smooth. Reception always greeted us and was very polite every time. This time they upgraded my room for free without even asking for it and gave me a premium room, which was so nice. The room was very spacious, neat and clean. Linen, sheets, towels and washroom were super clean too. AC, TV and Wi-Fi was working properly. Service here is so fast. You ask for anything and they will be on your door in 2 minutes. You can park your car in hotel premises but you need to confirm with them in advance. This hotel is located on main road, just 200 meters from Awadh Cinepolis Mall. It's on main road but rooms here are completely noise free. Zero traffic noise in rooms, so you can sleep peacefully. Staff behaviour is very nice and they take care of customer needs. This hotel is located just 2 minutes away from Awadh mall on main road. The reception was very polite and welcoming. They gave me an hour early check without asking a single question. It was really really nice. Room was very nice neat and clean. Room size was very good. Washroom and linen were very clean too. Although It's situated on main road but there was no traffic noise inside rooms. Rooms here are not noisy at all. For travellers like me who can sleep only in a noise free environment, this hotel is perfect for them. The hotel staff is really doing commendable job. If you ask anything they are super quick to deliver the service. They really care for guest needs. I want to give one suggestion to hotel and I think they will work on it. The AC inside the room was not cooling properly. They should really work on it because priority of many guest is cooling only. Repair, service or replace your ACs if they are not working fine asap. Hope when I visit next time this issue will be resolved. This hotel is a perfect place for all kind of travellers. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Location, Cleanliness, Staff and fast service.

i opted for couple friendly hotel and then booked this hotelbut they were not allowing entry of lady with me .

Room and staff are good but fan was making noise. Breakfast was ok. Walking distance from Union Bank FGMO.
