I came here along wid my friends just a few days ago.(tired of engg ) :p..location is awesome...hotel is situated deep around mountains and present a panoramic view..the structure and design of rooms has nothing to complain about..very craftly built having a balcony in each room..we checked in late..NOW ITS TIME FOR KILL.. 1.services are bad ...no room service.. 2.my dinner was included along with breakfast...yes they don't have much choice in food...anyways they charged me for morning breakfast and bislery water bottles extra.. Why ?? 3.oh yes uhh have a swimming pool.. Is that only for foreigners?? Think again... The hotel is good but without any doubt could have been better...nice place.. I will visit again in few days..

I have checked in on 3-Apr with my family. My dinner was included in my stay so I asked the reception for the buffet timings but I came to know that there is no dinner buffet and we can order whatever we wanna eat. At around 9pm we went to the restaurant to take our dinner and started ordering. They are saying 'NOT AVAILABLE' to each and every item we started ordering and at last we ordered what was available at that moment in snacks and main course. Then again in desserts, they have a long list of items but only MALPUA (tasteless and that too without, rabri) was available and provided. In the breakfast, buffet was there but only 4-5 items were there. So my experience was not like what was expected from this hotel.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. the checking out timing was 12 PM but they given 1 hour extra time to us. as we have done late night checking in, that was so nice. Room was perfect and well furnished, but amenities like packaged drinking water and tea in buffet were not available. Room services was also not up to the mark. They didn't let us go to the swimming pool. But location was perfect very peaceful and convenient, I would like to go there again and again.

My stay in this hotel was good in Hotel New Park. This hotel is very nice and comfortable. Hotel staff was nice but room services was not up to the mark. Rooms condition was OK. but fan was not working, for complaint i called up reception many times, but they didn't respond. Buffet was very nice and tasty. but they charged me for the drinking water, that was pathetic. Location was very convenient and easy to reach. Good for a budgeted stay.

OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE ONLY FOOD WAS NOT AT ALL UP TO THE MARK AS IT WAS NOT AT ALL TASTY, AND LATER CAME TO KNOW THE PREVIOUS COOK WAS OUT FOR A WEDDING. THIS WAS MY 2ND VISIT I WOULD RECOMMEND PEOPLE WHO WOULD LIKE A PEACEFUL LOCATION ITS AN IDEAL AND SERVICE IS VERY NICE AND ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS SPECIALLY THE CORNER ONE.

It was an average experience. We have booked 2 super deluxe rooms. AC was not working so we have shifted to another room but that room was also having problem of gate which was not opening properly. Room was not occupied with refrigerator, other rooms were occupied. Pool area and location of hotel were OK.

Nice hotel, only con is that it is a bit if a walk from the main lake area, so at night time be cautious while returning. However many hotels are in this area only. Room was okay, a bit old fashioned.

Hotel Owner, staff, Restorent staff and hotel guard also, all are good behavior & help full, I enter my room bt my ac is not working properly than I say to manager and manager quickly change my room.
