Room was clean. washroom was average though toilet was clean. Room service guy was good and prompt. And owner was also ok but problem with the lady representative who was soft spoken but not good with the words and how and what to talk with the guests( it's a long conversation so can not write here).No welcome drink is given as what mentioned. In double bed only single blanket was given knowing that two adults are there. So definitely good for couple or single person but not that good with kids.

It was a good stay. It was a small room in the service apartment. Rooms are clean even common areas are clean and support staff was helpful.
