Structure of the hotel is not so good. Maximum part of the 1st and 2 nd floor is built with wood.Infernal walls also made with wood. Sound from one room to another room is easily listenable. As per the version of hotel staff the hotel Building is more than 20 yrs old and Modernized. Not provides Geyser in bathroom. Not provides health faucet in bathroom. No Besin is attached in Restaurant. There is no exhaust fan in bathrooms. Television was there but not functioning.

we had the worst experience with our stay here. Stories of paranormal activities were heard, but we experienced it. even we had to call the police at 2.30 am because of and they stayed with us till the morning. the workers leave the hotel around 9 pm(they fear to stay in the hotel at night). it was worst experience with the hotel manager not picking up calls and the workers, all shy to open up about truth.

The accommodation is commodious with neat washrooms. The facilities and the room services was absolutely up to to the standard. The food was also good in quality. Easy to locate the property as it is on the main road. Overall it was a value for money stay.

Nice location, staffs are all very helpful, manager Vaskar a young man who is very prompt in any response, and quite professional, he knows how to deal with different customers. I can recommend this place to family members.

The location of the hotel is very nice. But there is no geyser in bathroom nor there is a facility to call someone to get some warn water. The room service would come on their own time and ask if something is needed.

Lovely , location is the best part of the property. Hotel Sonar Bangla Rishop is located best place,it itself look like a view point, Many travellers in Rishop used this property as a view point.
