Niko hotel offered an experience par excellence for the monetary value. Right from the onset, the reception the was considerate in taking early checkin and late checkout, both for a night's stay (at no additional penny being charged). The COVID safety protocols were duly adhered to and minimal contact was ensured throughout the stay (even with support staff and housekeeping) The cafe downstairs offers a good hangout option in the evening. Lastly with close proximity to Panampilly nagar, Kadavnthra and Vytilla (all within 5 - 10mins riding distance), I would recommend this hotel anyday.

Great place and super value. Very clean and smart rooms. Good location and calm rooms In hotel dining was a challenge but there are many restaurants and quick eat places around. I am definitely coming back here. It was a great place! Clean rooms and spacious. Excellent location and close to the metro too - about 900 metres Calm location and worth the price

My stay at this hotel was good and its location was best as per my requirements. The restaurant at the hotel is running through a different management, So the food was costly. Overall this place is good, but I had faced inconvenience when i asked about Doctors nearby, but the reception person was not aware of the same.

Niko Hotels will be the first option,if I need to stay in Kadavanthra. Very comfortable location and the safety is Zen percent. I had traveled alone and the entire staff was super helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were really clean. Even the self laundry service was really appreciated!! 👍 keep doing the good job!

Stayed at this hotel and really liked the services of the hotel. I had my breakfast and they served many verities in the buffet system and the food quality was fine. The WiFi was there and the location of this hotel was also very nice, Supermarkets were nearby and the Railway station was also nearby.

wonderful stay as usual. the hosts were very helpful and the hotel was absolutely spic and span. Niko is my go to place whenever I am in Kochi. Well worth it and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Kudos to everyone including Mr. Pradeep and his team.

It was a comfortable stay. The property is value for money and its location is very much convenient. The rooms were simple but neat and clean and they do have the WiFi available at the hotel and the breakfast was served with the verities of food.

It is the cleanest hotel I have ever seen in India. Staff are very friendly. If i come to kochi again, i will stay in this hotel again. This hotel has a washing machine and a dryer, so customers can do their own laundry.

Nice stay comfortable rooms with all amenities, except one thing which i dont like is that electric swict abd board placed in middle of your bed head rest which very uncomfortable . Rest is fine
