I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. ........... I never had such a bad experience ............As my booking was confirmed earlier and i got message that your room is ready. But when i wanted to check in at around 10:15pm at night then the receptionist behaved very badly. He said room is full and i haven't booked any room there and will not get room. He was not even looking at his record register and told that "............here are no rooms. I was shocked. How can he give my booked room to others within the checkin checkout time. Then i contacted goibibo and from there i had a conversation with the hotel owner, he said that rooms are available. However, i was provided a room in "Hotel Hans International" , owner of both the hotels are same & the condition of the room was so bad that i couldn't use bathroom at all,tv was also not working. Even the phone was dead. However, i managed to get a washroom in the morning there when i complained. This was the worst experience ever.

hotel is OK but staff is not compromise with me my check in time is 12pm but I will come on hotel on 9.30 am because of my train departure time is 9 am but hotel manager are not compromise they say you go Delhi visit any were and come 12pm then he gives me a room that way manger not support

Worst hotel i have ever stayed..room is extra small..ac not working ..bathroom is not clean..room service is poor..wifi not working ..food is costly ..I will not recommend others to stay here..
