they sub-standardised my already booked deluxe room to lower category premium room with out any refund of my extra pay .... they also informed falsely that in previous days (before recheck in) the provided deluxe rooms were upgraded from premium rooms with taking full rent for deluxe room. .. the manager also was absent to escape to face regarding their poor management of customer care services....

Very small rooms for family.not well maintained.staff overstressed and overworked.for remote of ac,tv are not working,and for that you need to give repeated reminders.room service poor.also they are more oriented towards thomas cook peoples,rest of tourists are neglected.
