If there is -3 star. I m surely give it. One of the bed service hotel in jaipur. Rude behaviour of receptionist. He dont know how to talk to your customer. Our rooms are at 3rd floor and life is not working. We booked hotel with including breakfast and hotel told me that your breakfast is chargeable. When we told him that our brkfast is includes then he said" Me subh subh bahas nhi krna chahta". Not a class hotel.

I had a very bad experience at the hotel, I booked the hotel and paid online, but hotelier refused to give me check in and at that time I had to give cash to the hotel and had to stay that was horrified.

hotel property as per rate is good but the hotel didn't served breakfast what we booked and outside food is not allowed and the hotels food is very bad
