The stay was not much pleasant. The behaviour of the staff was quite unprofessional and rude. The room and the bathroom was not at all clean. The room was also different, smaller, and with no ventilation, completely different. null of the staff was wearing any kind of masks. Not recommended at all. I would suggest, if required, please book something 4-5 kms away, rather than facing harrasment.

It is pathetic hotel.i stayed in my life too many hotels but it is worst .there is nothing in this hotel worst service seen in my life location is too behind from main market.u can not get anything from there.in hotel I can't get water even glass also.staff are so rude they are not taking care of customers...very very pathetic

the room was good.. it was clean and hygiene.. staff service was average and the television in the room was not working properly.. complimentary breakfast was average and the food was good.. it was a overall cosy stay and had a nice experience..

I was a nice stay here and staff was very helpful. Everything was great just 2 things I wanna say, focus on cleanliness and veg main course quantity is very less as compared to it's price. Overall it was nice.

Comfortable room,,, Nice chilling AC.... The Food quality is OK... Location is fine too... Only problem is the Two Wheeler Parking... Risky when you stay for a night... Rest everything is well and good...

I couldn't check in this hotel due to identity issue. I had to book the room locally after paying money to hotel directly and the hotel management did not inform you. Shocking.

Wifi was having problems.. Since they done have paid channels in tv to Wath, wifi service should always be on. That is only one negative point, rest its good to say.

The rooms are new and classy. The bathroom has Jaguar fittings. Room-service was very good. Staff very polite. I recommend people to try this.
