no wifi, no tv, no shower, and the rooms are not even average sized for 2 adults to stay in for. congested. and very small bathroom. on the app showed it has laundry. but not present. can't even wash clothes in the washroom

I had booked the hotel and they charged me or something, but as soon as i reached the hotel they sed me that they did not get the booking whereas it was booked account, and they charged me extra 1500 for the room
