The room was not properly cleaned, when I got it cleaned found cigarette butts and a ton of dust. The bedsheet was not washed and dirty (image attached), needed to be changed(got an ok sheet at third attempt, that too not totally clean). The toilet was dirty and no water available. If one needs to use the toilet first call reception and inform you need water. Had the same problem during checkout time, the management asked me to freshen up in another room as no water was available in ours. One star only because the staff was quick to respond. Bad management by oyo.

The hotel's name has been changed 2 months ago to MY H ROOM. Searched for the old hotel room for 20 minutes until someone guided me. The hotel manager was another **** guy. Upon arguing he accomodated me. THE HOTEL WAS DIRTY AND ANCIENT, NO RUNNING WATER FOR ENTIRE DAY, NO MATTER WHICH ROOM YOU CHANGED INTO. This is my second hotel booking with you and second terrible experience. I shall make sure not to book hotels from **** again.
