Pathetic service. When I tried to reach at hotel with adress given on booking voucher I got wrong adress. I called hotel for adress but he was not cooperating me . I tried 4 to 5 calls after my begging request he send hotel adress on WhatsApp which was 9.5 km away from adress. After 1 hour journey at 10 pm I reached adress. At first impressions with chewing tobacco continuously he first said hotel is full . After arguing that I had already paid for hotel he removed two guests from hotel and gave us room. That was so pathetic but I have no option. Room was exactly opposite to the photos. bad smelly bedsheet which I think they had not washed many days . Toilet was outside room in the gallery . Too much mosquitoes. In the morning there was no water to tap and toilet . When I reached at reception no one was present there . I called on mobile which was switched off . After one hour he came and started motor . Obviously there was no hot water for bath . So I have washed my hands and decided to go another hotel for bath . Worst experience I have ever got .

the hotel is located around 1.5km from dhanwantri nagar, the staff behaviour here is very pathetic. they made me change 4 rooms and the problems in the rooms were already known to the staff but then also he was trying to shift me to the room…water logging was there in one of the rooms bathroom…ac water was leaking in one of the rooms and in one room the room was completely dirty and the staff was arguing he has changed the bed sheet …worst experience of my life …neither would recommend to anyone nor would repeat my stay here . one word to complete is pathetic

the hotel is so-so kind. corridors seemed clean but room was pathetic. bedsheets seemed like used before ages. no packaged drinking water was available. staff behaviour was not so good.
