Hotel O Dhola Maru Resort

worst experience ever in my life. i am a frequent traveller and have travelled almost every part of india and abroad. i usually stay at different hotels and many a times my colleagues come to see me and have a good time. this hotel didn't allow my sister inside the room. i tried to request them even i was ready to share her ID with the hotel staff. my sister studies in a well known institute in kota and she just wanted to spend some time with a family member and that was me Ofcouse. and then leave to her institute hostel back. i wanted to have rest as i travelled 20 hours straight. the hotel staff kept on saying that either of us could be present in the room. can 2 siblings cannot stay at one room? when i had come only to see her. plus it was raining heavily outside. so there was no option going out for a ride. the only condition they agreed both of us inside was the door to be kept open. is this what the hotel law says? can they just force a guest to open his room gate while he want to have some rest? i was highly disappointed by this nature of the staff. if we were not siblings and anything else. i would totally agree to the point they made. but claiming her to be my sister, they didn't allow us when i first came to the hotel, they made me wait for an hour because of some payment related issues which they faced with ****. do i have to care? i am a hotelier as well. i have worked with JW marriott new delhi. and the first thing a receptionist should do is make the guest comfortable and ensure he's delighted to be in your property. as far the knowledge i have. sticking to the so called rules i kept the gate open and was lying but couldn't able to as the door was open and a lot of noises were constantly disturbing me. adding to.it, the AC couldn't cool the room as the gates were open. i went to close the door. and only 10 minutes later, my doorbell rang and there was a call on the telephone. asking me and my sister to come out of the room. this was totally disrespectful. i then decided to checkout my room without even spending a night. they still charged me ***bucks and no invoice was provided. i really am disappointed by this nature of the hotel staff. ...

Very rude staff. They'll try to charge as much as they can. Even if you tell them ..booking is very low. Even then they told me that if I book room in less than given amount they told me they won't be give me room. They'll behave nice once you call..

please do not go to the Hotel, it's not an Resort,it's an guest house,better than lodge, it's worst,plz do not go to the Resort,nor in breakfast which is complimentary, it's like we r beggar in front of them

ROOMS WERE DIRTY . MATTRESSES WERE DIRTY .. TELEVISION WAS NOT WORKING SO FELT BORED WHOLEDAY. WE ALSO COMPLAINT ABOUT CHANGING OUR ROOM BUT THEY DIDNT CHANGE OUR ROOM.
