room clean and specious but mosquito present, no good services by staff, at the time of check in no basic amenities like towel and soap provided, even water have to asked. nearest metro station electronic city is 2 km away. I am giving this rating due to service. guys improve your services.

I booked and paid But hotel staff told me they haven't received any payment and I had to pay full price again to get a room. There was no soap, towels, tv, phone in the room, no door lock, worn out bed sheets, and dirty bathroom. Horrible experience, very unprofessional staff.

It was good.... But the room condition was not that great... Cleanliness wise it's okay.... but some stuffs like gyser was not working.... If you people are providing TV, then give some channels too .....

bad check in experience ever, request to clean room and change towels not accepted. rooms are nice and well maintained.
