lost my shopping bags there and the CCTV aren't working.At the time of booking it was shown free breakfast but they were saying that there is no complimentary breakfast for our booking and the room and the beds were completely filled with dust

Receptionist should know telugu and should know minimum knowledge about booking and there is no tv and AC not working and bed sheet is not good and blanket is also bad ,cup board doors is not in working condition

disappointed with the room.staffs are very impolite. rest room , room , bed spreads are unhygienic maintain even though we are living in covid Era. I will not recommend anyone to this hotel. very bad.

no provide towel, soap, no hot water, bad smell in corridor, bed sheet cover is very dirty, not recommended for family
