The location is a nightmare if you’re planning to tour Delhi. Pick this only if you’re attending any event nearby or if you specifically want to stay in this area. It’s not well connected to Delhi city and has a lot of traffic jams very frequently. So you’d spend 3-4 hours everyday in reaching Delhi and back. The rooms are extremely spacious and even have a mini kitchen but as it’s a new hotel, there are lot of issues (like improper wiring, the geyser switch wasn’t fixed till the second day of my stay) So, it’s well suited for families. Everything is spacious. Staff isn’t as attentive as you’d expect in a hotel that looks this good. So definitely not 4 star by any means.

First of all it’s not a 4 star property.Second this hotel doesn’t have any reception.If one has entered this hotel he/she needs to find hotel staff time and again for lift access as they only carry card.I waited for half an hour for checkout just to find where they are and due to which I missed my flight.The manager behaviour is very rude.He doesn’t care about the customer.There was no water supply in my room and when I requested to change my room he just refused to do so.He said he will get it repaired and at night 11 o clock finally it get repaired whereas I checked in at 7.00 pm around.Cant go to washroom for next 4 hour.The hotel is not safe at all.

Its a good hotel, about 5 km from terminal 3 and 10 km from terminal 1. The rooms are big enough and stylish for the price. The bed was quite comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The staff is always on their toes to help you. Room service was very prompt always, however, there is a issue with the life, you need an access card to go on any floor( the hotel is on 1/2 n 3 floors), and the card is only with the guard, who was always at the desk though! To go down u dont need it. If you have an overnight stay near airport, i would definitely recommend this stylish and clean hotel

This was my 2nd hotel booking with goibibo, Overall hotel experience was good as there was cleanliness in the room, room service was also good.... 4* rating from my side.. only thing that disappoints is the food served, which was costly, and kitchen team saying different prices and reception different prices. Beware, before ordering food, other way you can roam around and find good restaurants which is economical too

only 1.1km away from main Leh market. it's very clean hotel. Staff behavior good. buffet system there. u can sea Shanti stupa and Leh place on the hill at hotel. Require some things at hotel like Minral Water, coldrink, Maggie , Bread Omlet any time

hotel interiors was quite fascinating but TV connection was not there,neither the WiFi was working. room service was good. pls improve on customer satisfaction level,front desk should be more specific and cooperative.

Since hotel was under renovation, i faced a difficulties while staying in the room. Moreover, hotel staff including owner were not greeting the guest properly.

the location is near to Terminal 3, but takes ages to reach during normal traffic hours. staff courteous and ample amenities for the price.
