No any star should be given. very bad management, characterless fellow, At the time of checking, he was asking for more money than the booked value. I tried my best to explain but there was no change in his behavior. After all, he did not allow to check in at book value The location is also not correct, so I was very disappointed about this behavior of the hotel. Ultimately this is what I would say Totally Disappointed Palace.

Too much attitude on Staaf behaviour . Price at which i booking in advance payment , but at reception he charged extra 250 rupees. And told you booking is not acceptable . I already paid
