Hotel O Golfview

I am sorry to say and very upset, that even after booking the hotel one and a half months back and also paying the full amt. till the time I reached the hotel, the manager said the hotel is full and your booking is not showing in our records. Also I had talked with your customer care on a number of occasions for which I had spent about two hundred and fifty rupees plus the mental agony I had to face being a senior citizen . I will have to think twice or recommend to my friends booking through you.

simply awesome hotel. I visited it alone. when I came for checking, the taxi driver told me that this is not a good hotel & nobody came here. I don't know why he told like this coz I found this hotel simply great. as I visited alone, I found it great for single person. but I can't comment for family & couples as I have no experience of it. worth for money. except for location, everything ( Room standard, staff cooperation, cleanliness, room amenities, food & room service) is great.

I have stayed in this hotel in March 2016. The hotel rooms are quite big infact they can be called studio apartments. Mr. Rawat , the manager was quite cooperative and willing to accomodate your needs. The only drawback is the location which is in a colony lane some distance from Main Road. The food is good and homely. During our five days stay, we did not eat out on a single day.

The only issue was with locating the place as it was wrongly tagged on GPS. Rest I had not faced any trouble during the stay..it was a comfortable stay where staff was cooperative and well spoken and offered an appropriate service right on time..So overall its a good stay..
