Please remove this hotel's name from every booking app portal. I booked an ac room on prepayment for 2nights a month ago via go Ibibo. On arrival the manager denied me an ac room saying there is no ac room available, and handing me over the keys of a non-ac room.. He was defending himself and was telling us to talk to go Ibibo board about the issue.. He was so rude and saying "lena hai toh non-ac room hai warna aap kahi aur dekh lo"... The room he provided was so ill-maintained, soiled bedsheets and towel.. On complaining he was saying it's clean, please adjust yourself. I would have rated negative if there was an option. Please look into the matter #goibibo

Not proper management. at night could not be able sleep properly due to mosquito issues. They are local people who know what kind of issue guests can face but still they do not provide anything for it. They did not provide the AC on the first day and at the time of leaving charging extra money. but why I also want my one day money back for which I didn't use the AC face the mosquito issues. it should be both. very bad experience.

worst experience ever. They refused to give us an ac room though our booking was for prepaid ac room Ultimately they provided a non ac room. Poor ventilation in the room The bed sheet was awful.

I would say, if u can sleep on road then do it rather going to this hotel. This hotel is pathetic. S*x business is rampant in this hotel.

overall experience was also good. It may sound weird, but I liked the amenities the most. Felt like getting more of those, haha!

room was very dirty. there are many mosquitoes inside the room. water supply in bathroom was disconnected early in the morning.
