I have been refused to check in at Galaxy hotel for today's booking. I have made the payment and the hotelier has showed that confirmation of the payment received at their ID in the hotel, inspire of that they did not allowed me to check in. They kept me waiting for more than hour saying that I will have to pay extra RS 545 to be allowed to check in aside the previous payment or else they will not allow to get in. They informed that OYO is not their owner not a decision maker and even if they say they will not entertain OYO as well in this.I tried calling many times but due to high time I was not entertain. Finally I had to book another hotel . I have been insulted and abused by the hotelier in front of many housekeepers in the hotel as well as outside, criticised saying that if I can't afford I should not dream of booking such hotels. Even I was not called or informed to check in REFUSAL prior to my check in .

WAS DENIED CHECK-IN AND TOLD TO PAY RS. 400 OVER AND ABOVE THE FULL PRE-PAID AMOUNT FOR WHICH I HAD MADE PAYMENT.EXTREMELY TROUBLESOME AND POOR STAY WITH EQUALLY PARASITIC AND SCAMMER STAFF WHO REFUSED TO EVEN PROVIDE A WRITTEN RECEIPT FOR THE Rs 400 scam which he pulled on us.

very bad experience, when we reached the hotel ,they said no room is available and they charged extra 500 rupees.
