Worst experience ever as we were not given towels n shampoo, we had to request multiple times n then we got 1 towel between two of us, shampoo not provided even after multiple requests. Hot water issue. Indiscipline staff. Bad Room Service. Towel given was dirty with lipstick marks, bed sheet untidy. They showed that by giving room they did some wonder or miracle as they did not recieve payment from oyo till now. Please discontinue this hotel for others as they cannot provide basic amenities for stay
