This is was my second consecutive stay at Crown Imperial. I liked it so much that I came back the second time for their service. The staff is very humble and hotel is very beautifully structured. The staff is kind and helpful and responds to every query you have. But what I feel is that the food department was not up to the mark. The food is really tasty(ordered butter afghani, butter garlic naan, chicken biryani, tea, aloo stuff paranthas)- everything was delicious. But the food service is unsatisfactory, they don't attend you that well and delays food. I think my overall experience was superb and I would love to visit for the next time also!!! Thank you for such an amazing service!

1. Location is great. Very near to Central Station 2. Staff is helpful 3. They keep your luggage for a few hours after you check out. Thats very helpful 4. Only concern was that room was little small
