Hotel O JANGPURA INN

We had the worst hotel service experience. I had booked the hotel in advance, but upon arrival, the staff informed me that the rooms were full and unavailable. After waiting for two hours and arguing with them, they managed to provide a room at a different location, 5 kilometers away, which supposedly belonged to the same hotel chain. However, the room was unclean, and we encountered a potentially dangerous issue: electric shocks from the water when turning on the heater. When we complained to the room service attendant, he suggested we "adjust" for one day, claiming they would repair the issue after our checkout the next day, which is an illogical solution. After repeated requests, they finally changed our room, but the problem persisted in all the rooms offered. Overall, the room management's actions were completely unacceptable and fell far short of reasonable expectations.

I had a very bad experience. The room was filthy and full of mosquitoes. There was no key provided for the room and the owner said you can keep your luggage without locking the room. The washroom had spit marks all over the place and there was a pungent smell in the room. Never had such bad experience

worst experience...rude behaviour of staff...at d time of check in no was there....told us to wait 5 min that literally was 20 mins...room was pathetic not broomed and moped properly..if u are coming with family..better u dont... worthless hotel and staff..not recommend

The hotel manager is extremely impolite. He did not check me in and kept me waiting for more than an hour at 10 PM in the night giving stupid technical reasons and then finally i had to pay thrice the amount i had booked the hotel. Very very pathetic experience!
