I arrived in hotel on 12 sep at 9pm very tired but they refused to do my check in ..& told me to contact oyo & not given me room..I called helpline no.of oyo but they were only asking me detail again & again...I called them 4 time .& everytime I talked to different operator & everytime the operator told me to wait & connect me to their senior but everytime they were holding the phone for indefinite time..& I again tried oyo then a senior of oyo talked to me & also instead of calling hotel he told me to pass the same phone of mine to the reception & them started discussing between & finally reception gave me room ...at 11:15pm. very bad & sad .

Hotel was good... Facilities were also satisfactory...... but staff of hotel specially receptionist was try to earn extra by unfair demand of money on complimentary breakfast.... He served Aloo paratha and Omelette in breakfast and at the time of check out, he told only tea and bread was complimentary... for rest you have to pay... which was not informed to us when breakfast order were placed by me.... Although Owner/Manager of the property was supportive and helped us to resolve the issue satisfactory.... but rest of the staff need more professional and ethical

in check in time to check out time i seen the manager was busy in his personal life not bother to attend customer ..for check in time he asked me to pay some extra money ..no room service i took my key from the counter and i searching my room on 2 floor no buddy is there to help me ...Worst experience i had ..Its not safe hotel for the couple no one is here to serve you ...

Unprofessional , lack of hospitality , noisy , property didn't provide the breakfast on first day and than after complaint ,next day the breakfast provided was of road side quality. Bathroom kit was provided after asking them, would not recommend to any one

I have a good experience at here...... But there were some bad things.... Like food qualify is not good nd food also costly besides market... And a big problem at there is that hotel staff is so unprofessional..... They have no sense of humor......

Hotel is newly built, nicely built rooms. Good Location. But, the manager saying they can't allow check in. Then i called goibibo and the representative talked to manager and then he allowed check in.

Very bad experience no TV, No bath room amenities, No drinking water provided, hairs on pillow, receptionist not wearing mask. Its horrible experience Probably I will not book next time.
