Hotel O Jubilee Homes

Very small room! The room was like 50-60 sqft whereas description is 110 sqft. No window. It looked like a premium Jail room, with AC, geyser and TV. The main manager is not friendly or cooperative. When I asked for bigger room, He said "That space is sufficient for one person. You want bigger room for how many?"He won't adjust early check-in or late check-out for few hours for even a good percent of full room tariff, even though it's clear the hotel is empty. Asked for full day tariff directly for 2-3 extra hours, and has a really rude, condescending way to talking. Total mood off to interact with him. Someone else gave the Hotel 1 star rating and he started questioning me, why I did it. Took 5 mins to explain, it's a different person. Helping staff guys are very helpful and cooperative. That's good. Also, the hotel is also like some sort of PG with long term occupants. In the main hall, just outside the room, people are roaming around, sleeping and spreading over sofa. Good part was, the little room was clean and comfortable. The Smart TV had subscriptions to all OTTs and friendly support staff. That's the reason for 3 star.Definitely not staying again. Bigger rooms are available at this price. The manager could learn what hospitality means if he is in hospitality business and stop blaming customers and OYO.

If u r solo book this room .Classic Room is too small one 1 member can stay. there is no window. if we can't take trolley in room. If we can't to walk inside. Behalf this Room is clean and AC, Tv is working. bathroom is also so clean. i give 5/5 in clean and Hygiene. in hall there is Fridge. Near to metro and Annapurna studios.

I made booking and I went to hotel but ther r saying there is no rooms. How its like and the receptionist is speaking very harsh.
