Hotel O Laxmi Residency

AC did not worked properly. I had to shift my room when I found out that the WIFI had connectivity issues and the hotelier took 1 hour to get it shifted. Very poor house keeping services - the food, the kit , the water everything gets delayed and you keep on calling and reminding them and they still don't listen. Also this hotel do not allow outside food . The manager had charged me ₹50 extra for having outside food as I did not order from him, and I denied paying the extra money . Look for better options as I would never suggest this hotel. ****.

Room was unclean when took the possession. got it cleaned and left to city. When I came back, the room appear used. Also, the hotel looks shady and seems it is given to couples on hourly basis. Lot of couples seen rushing in and out. totally unethical to give room to someone else while you are away. avoid staying here unless you are here for hotel 'decent' experience, if you know what I mean!

basic things were missing like dustbin in the toilet, table or chair, no bed side tool, no mirror in the room only in the bathroom. AC not cooling the room. Too noisy by the staff members while doing their daily work on the same floor like banging the door to loudly and shout a lot while doing the job.

Pathetic stay! The room was fine but it took alot of time after checkin to get the room because the rooms were not ready! And the receptionist was adament about not providing even a single towel. There was not even a bit of hospitality! The receptionist was rude and even fought with me.
