I have been a loyal customer with oyo from a very long time. And i always had a pleasant experience. But this time, i was very disappointed. Me and one of friend booked 3 rooms in total. And we reached the oyo around 5pm and the rooms were not ready. They have started cleaning the rooms when we have reached. We have waited like good 1 n half hrs which was really not convenient for us. After that the staff and their service was too slow although they were not rude but their service was pathetic. We had to wait for towels, food and cutlery. Like for every single thing. I didnt understand how they were managing things. I jus wish you guys share a feedback with them so that they can improvise things and not only us nobody will face the same inconvenience...

the hotel is not at all 4 start no tv was working no room service. there is only one guy who is there to service who take order and never come back again. strange and pathetic experience.
