my check in time 12 pm but when I have arrived at 5 pm then my booked room is not vacant & I have to wait for an hour and ask him about this then they say some person is stay there so you have to wait.For 1st time in my life I have to see this type of situation that I am paying for that room from 12:00pm and I arrive there 5:00pm even that time my room is full very very bad service

Worst experience of my entire life for stay in hotel. so much dirty bathroom no wifi available not even television was working bed was so so uncomfortable. bed spring was breaked. very disappointed 😞☹️

Fraud , there is no such hotel exist . They guyz are looting us , even not refunding the money
