1. Bathroom didn't lock from inside and outside 2. The room floor was seeping 3. There was bad odour in the premise 4. The room service was very slow (example- water bottle delivery took average an 45 mins to an hour after 4-5 follow ups) 5. The reception staff was extremely untrained, rude 6. The approach roads were flooded (it was rainy season)

it's a new property and well maintained. we had a family stay here and had a very good experience. rooms, bathrooms are large in size and neat and clean. located at prime location in kankarbagh with malls, shopping places, eateries just in minutes of walking.

Staffs are pathetic, rude, ignorant and ever so slow in the services. Absolutely pathetic. Staying here for the second time, the first one way quite okay
