The staff was not at all supportive, the lift was not working, the geysers were working but not heating the water, the towels were not available, the room windows were not shutting completely in chilling cold.

hotel manager refused my booking and I have to pay extra for it, it was early morning and I had no place to go so I paid 850 Rupees cash which is ridiculous... Hotel room was good staff was good.
