Hotel O Patliputra Heritage Guest House

pathetic, after reaching the hotel, the boy at reception told room is not available, he can provide a room at some other hotel without a washroom. after contacting we came to know that tariff was not acceptable to the hotel owner. after some time we were told that the tariff difference would be paid by OYO. then also hotel owner did not give us room in the same property, instead, they sent us to a marriage hall banquet with 2-3 rooms. overall the experience was horrific, poor, and humiliating. would like to add that the hotel is showing the same tariff since last 4 days and it was not a system glitch. customers with low tarrif and force them to live in some empty banquet hall room with dirty linens and a leaking flush tank, old AC, and a film coated glass door. Go on your own risk.

hotel is located at such a place which is not anywhere close to market. we were provided with a room which was on ground floor and people were always roaming around the room. the room was full of mosquitoes and all out was also not working. No eatables were allowed from the outside and we were forced to eat from the hotel menu. the cost of food was also on higher end. On demanding, they didn't changed our room and we were left with no other option than staying. the hotel staff demanded to give 5 stars over feedback and took my mobile in order to do that. But I somehow, arranged to get it back. Breakfast which was inclusive, served as a formality. Hotel staff said that they will only provide us with Aalo Paratha and Tea. Not anything else.

No blankets were provided. Had to ask for it midnight, only to get an additional bedsheet. The room was extremely hot. The Ac couldn't cool the room properly. Cleanliness was way below the mark. One thing good about the property was the location which is very close to Patliputra main field. Poor cleanliness, no blankets.
