Unprofessional staff need etiquettes to deal with visitors. Every request is turned down with so many excuses. Even drinking water is not made available. Dirty rooms, bed sheets and pillow covers. Rooms are so small that a person cannot move easily to wash room. How **** listed this hotel in their group is surprising. Overall a poor experience and bad taste, shall never recommend any one.

Good for single person stay. Tiny rooms.But neat n clean.staffs were polite and helpful.If staying in winter months don't expect 24 hrs hot water.
