When i arrived at 2 am in morning due to bus got late all the way from ajmer rajasthan traveling for more then 30 hours when i reached at hotel hotel gate was locked i had to knock several times till after 10-15 min a old man comes out and when i said that i have a prepaid booking he said there is no room available he has already allotted my room to someone else who came just before me i said this is wrong how can u allot room to someone other when i already paid the amount he told he did because he came first he had no alternative at that time i asked him provide room to me he told to go to other nearby hotel i left from there instantly and called to customer care they also tried to book or transfer the booking to other hotel but couldn't succeeded finally they raise refund request after my request i was roaming here and there in search of a room and finally after 1 hour i got a room in a small lodge somehow i managed to spend the night but for me this is the first time such bad thing happened worst experience ever at this hotel never book this hotel guys property is also like a pg from outside and bad staff behavior.

unhygienic place and there is no regular cleaning done. u can see webs across, dust around corner, washrooms messy. dirty passage and lobby, never clean bathroom windows. owner must seriously think about these points. set up box is not recharged, so hardly any channels work. balcony again not cleaned for ages and better to not open. think before booking here. even if you book in advance they may downgrade saying that ac room is no longer available and take refund and go or choose non ac. so worst experience here as well. Google shows incorrect location but goibibo map is correct.

I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm. I was told there are no rooms available. When I told them this is not right as I had made full payment while booking, I was asked to call customer care. made me wait for a good 10 minutes and did not provide any resolution before they disconnected the call. I was told a room will be vacated at 4 pm and I had to wait for an hour to check in. This is the first time I am seeing a property allowing check out at 4 pm The room is as per the price so cannot expect anything anything fancy.

Patient hotel team answered everything. Staff was knowledgeable about local area attractions. Room was comfortable base for our daily exploration activities.
