LOCATION is nice as communication is very easy from popular part of kolkata. But not to airy it in quite conjusted area as it situated very close to chinar park more. HOTEL is clean, persons are nice, polite, helpful. SERVICE satisfied ROOM size good, well decorated, clean BATHROOM clean All over 4/5 You can go for it. Service, Behavior of hotelier, Market is close to hotel.

I was there for 9-12 hrs for my official work. No early check in facility Bessheet was having deep stain in it. No to hygienic. No lock inside washroom. No switchboard beside bed. Charging point were in Montana where I was in Kolkata For few hours, it could be okay. But better to find another option

hotel staff sleeps till 10am. booked breakfast alongwith room, served the same at 12 noon after repeated request. quality of breakfast of worth rs 50 against cost given during booking around rs 150.

Bad Maintenance of room , AC was not cooling even in 17 degree , very small room and was smelling and there were pan, gutka spits mark on the wall, find some other hotel guys

The bed wasn't clean but was big enough. the floor wasn't clean. the room had a balcony which was quite good the place is well connected to the public transport.

Room size is small. Bathroom was small too with broken structures and plumbing works. Jusk ok if low tarrif is available to book otherwise avoid. Just ok.
