Hotel O Rushikonda Grand

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. The best part about this hotel is its location, it is very close to the Rushikonda beach. The hotel itself is just average, they need to improve on cleanliness and staff needs to be a little more professional. They were not rude or anything , just seemed a bit aloof (maybe it was language barrier). There are some decent eateries around , but the best ones are in the main city. The room felt a bit small and since it does not have a window , it can feel a bit suffocating. I did not check the roof, but it must have a great view of the bay(I could see the bay from the 2nd floor hall way as well), they can make a small roof top area for just hanging out that will really make the money worth paying.

For namesake of room service kids of 18-20 age group was there to address the guests, who are obviously not supposed to have good experience & knowledge, Even drinking water wasn't available at the hotel, has to buy from own pocket, food facilities were not at all there, the only way to get food was online services like swiggy, zomato.Room cleaning wasn't up to the mark, no regular cleaning unless you ask them only in some certain hours of the morning time, or else not at all. The rooms & bathrooms were too small unless you go for deluxe.

Very bad experience. I booked my hotel along with payment but hotel person charged 850 inr more money from us. They are telling if I wil not pay 850 then they don't provide room. I didn't have any option, I pay this amount in hotel. also room is very poor condition. There is no room service available in hotel.

very bad experience. no lift. I need to carry my luggage to 2nd floor. staircase is too narrow. very small room I ever seen. very small toilet you need to keep bucket outside so that you get space to enter bathroom.
