Hotel O SoHo

For the lack of a "zero" rating option, I am going with one star for this hotel. The problems which personally faced during my visit here were the following:1. The rooms weren't ready, while we checked in late at 12:30, the rooms weren't ready and we had to wait for 15 minutes at the reception. 2. The room was extremely pungent smelling and had to be sprayed with room fresheners which did not do the trick due to lack of window or cross ventilation3. The walls were water damaged. 4. The entire room had 2 light bulbs, one inside the washroom and one in the main room. 4. There was no television5. There is no wifi6. The washroom had a huge hole in the wall which seemed to be a shaft that was poorly hidden with a translucent plastic sheet of which one side fellOff. 7. There was a garbage bag kept in the washroom which I didn't dare to open to check. 8. There were no toiletries, not even a piece of soap in the washroom. Lack of basic amenities expected from a hotel room

a decent budgeted stay which had all essentials like comfortable matterss., large room, a tv with live streaming a seamless internet.... restaraunt was good with homely food staff was cooperative the hotel is in a posh area which is quiet and peaceful

Staff very unprofessional Room Bedsheets not cleaned room was smelling they don't have water bottle or even a single glass. Washroom not cleaned,sink water leaking They don't even have toothpaste. Very Disappointed. kindly refund my money

POOR STAFF, POOR SERVICE . On reaching, hotel denied for the room as they said all room are booked. on requesting they gave a room which was not the same as shown in pictures. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.
