Hotel O Sri Manjunatha Deluxe Suites Yelahanka Junction

Greetings were in the form of a 35 minute delay because "no rooms were empty", for a room that was already paid for and is expected to be reserved.Was offered another vacant room for an immediate check-in but this would need additional payment from me, above what was already paid.Point of booking a room was to utilize the WiFi while working remotely. This is one of the amenities mentioned but non existent at the hotel.My particular room did not have a key for me to use in locking the door from outside the room. Meaning the room and my property within is 100%accessible by anybody and for everybody, until I return to the room and lock the door from the inside.Zero cleanliness inside the room, bedside table top is stained and greased. The drawers each had food particles and parts of earbuds in the second drawer and the third drawer had a bunch of shredded tissues.Worst of all of this, Incredibly disheartening and disappointing.Al the above multiplied by 2.

worst experience ever didn't gave a proper room instead gave a room with out key for 4 days and water shortage in bathroom always. After all that asking more money from me.
