This had to have been the worst experience i have had at an oyo hotel or any hotel for that matter till date. Their customer service was horrible and did not know how to talk to a person properly. I tried to speak to them very reasonably but they just didn't want to listen. They have some stupid policy where you cannot bring in any good from outside even though their kitchen closes at 10 and have a limited menu. The should really learn to change their mentality also according to this generation. Moreover the whole time over 2 days there was constant drilling and hammering above my room and basically from all around not even able to do anything in peace. The noise continued even after 10 pm in the night which is very horrible for a person staying in a hotel paying such an amount of money.

pathetic, worst, dustbin hotel n services! Broken utensils, uneducated staff, illiterate support staff, garbage all around, ugly balconies, littered staircase, unhygienic kitchen, pathetic food, destroyed COVID guidelines, no toilet papers, no hand towel, torn bed sheets, torn pillow cover!

The property is not maintained at all and even after repeated requests it wasn't in a livable condition. I couldn't sleep and vacated the room at 4 AM in midnight.
