Hotel O The Park Inn Hotel

it's not at all good if you are going with your family. don't opt for breakfast. as they won't serve you even if you pay in advance during booking.room is really small, i found cockroach, and rat who destroyed my food. TV is there with no battery in remote. no hanger to hang your dress. i queried with the counter, they were silent on this. so i had to keep my used dress in my bag always. there is a window AC, that will work as plug and play..no remote will be provided, so i couldn't change the temperature.bed sheet is really poor.they never clean the room properly, that's a biggest concern.and one more thing, the hotel is on 3rd floor. no lift was there.only stairs. that too small and sleepy.PLZ DON'T SELECT THIS ROOM IF YOU ARE GOING WITH AGED PEOPLE.this will pain them to reach the hotel at 3rd floor without lift.1. no lift to reach 3rd floor.2. stairs are slipping and very sloppy.3. no breakfast was served even if i paid during booking.4. found 2 unused Condom and used also from floor5. washroom is really dirty.6. bed sheet was not clean.7. no hanger to hang your clothes.8. no remote in TV and AC9. cockroach and rat run on room and destroyed food. luckily I kept my bag on the bed.10. Room key was not working, so had to keep it open, just only believing the house keeper.

The hotel is at 3rd floor, this information is not mentioned. Also, the location of this hotel is not proper in the maps! The bed sheets are not fresh, the maintenance is not good. The water from the bathroom overflows inside the room as attached in the photos. More dust is present on the roof, also, the bathrooms are not fresh. The rats are present in the room. Overall, I'm not satisfied with this hotel.

1 Rooms are average 2 too many mosquitoes in the room they didn'tt provided mosquito repellent also 3.Bathroom are too small their toilet seats are very uncomfortable 4. location is good but hotel is in 4th floor they don't have elevator to reach to hotel u need to take staircase

very bad. I have booked 2 room with breakfast with 4 person. but he refused to give breakfast. says we have no facility of giving breakfast.
