Filthy rooms: The bedsheets had visible stains, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like weeks. Terrible staff: The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in solving problems. One even rolled their eyes at me when I asked for clean towels. There was no working AC. Insects everywhere: I found cockroaches in the bathroom and ants in the bed. Totally unacceptable. Overpriced for what it offers: This place should be shut down, not charging premium rates.

hotel staff not present idine my booking already but no any staff or owner present hear. I call hotel no but say send id proof on my no pls cancelled my book and refund my amount otherwise I put complaint in consumer court against your app and hotel
