Hotel O Unique

worst experience ever. not even a single room that is in good condition. in some room living area is too bad and in some area washroom is too bad. even there is no water supply in 60 percent rooms. we reached around 12 in midnight to hotel, they gave us room and then told us there is water supply in washrooms, you have to go another room for washroom. even there is no tap in washroom, after lots of calls, finally a living condition room was given in which two double beds were there but in that too hot water geyser was not working. walls were broken, stains on roof, dirty linens.

no wifi, no intercom, room was on 2nd floor and too dirty and no ventilation there and smelling in room, no western seat, at arrival they said only one room left-even called them one day before, very pathetic experience. only the view was good from the hotel front row balcony.

third class hotel ..no service..pls don't book this hotel anyone because rooms are very dirty,no tolietaries available, washroom was very dirty, blanket smell bed,and torn location is so far from Mall road

very poor .room quality very poor.no any room service get. no any washroom amenities like soap , towel oil found. need to rectify these .
