Rooms were ok type. public car parking in the road. there was no cold water on asking them they said we cannot do anything. there was no hot water in wash room. in morning we asked for curd they refused to serve and the reason was we don't have curd. If we are giving 200 extra for breakfast we should get at least curd and breakfast they have provided at 8 even we told them in evening about our early leaving. staff was very rude there job was to give service but they simply refuse us and was ready to fight which we were not interested. you can see the condition of pillow cover in pictures. there were bidis in the wash room. towel and soap was given when we asked them they should be more proactive.

Decent hotel but bad service. untrained hotel staff. we reached at 8 at night, ordered tea, which never came. again ordered tea in the morning, which came cold. ordered sandwich, which we should never have. Food quality is not good. we did triple occupancy booking, which is allowed at the hotel but has no such room. then we had to remind them at least 5 times to put extra bedding.

The bedsheets were not clean. No guard is there, no responsible person at reception. It was a terrible stay, not at all good for females from safety point of view. The night was very noisy, people in the hotels were drunk and shouting and knocking others doors and disturbing, it is like a hotspot for the drunken men. very bad experience.

Needs lots of improvements... toilets were not clean , bucket and mug were broken... no space to keep toilataries.... only ine towel was given for 3 of us... food quality was not satisfactory... no options for breakfast... however special praise for the friendly and cooperative staff sply Shivam and Pawan Not advisable for families

Worst experience.denied us check in. After long debate (one hour) they gave rooms .bathroom not clean .and rooms also were not clean and after callling reception many times they came and cleaned . Not happy with services and staff. Would recommend not a good option.

I am very disappointed again from your bad services there are no proper arrangement in this hotel .I had order only 01 item and it's service to me 50 min later bedsheets are not clean etc. we will never visit again .very bad experience ever

When I entered in hotel I think it is good one . as I entered the room there was too dirt to describe in bathroom and room also. it seems that hotelier doesn't care cleaning. shower is not working in bathroom

Worst hotel with worst management.The way they treat people is like a hell.Specially there Staff Mr Surinder Receptionist.Basically they are fraud.My advice is never book here .Its my personal request.
