Everything was as they promised.1. Room was neat & clean and spacious enough.2. Bathroom was clean, hot water 24X7 available.3. No power cut during my stay.5. Service available 24X7. (No extra charge for warm drinking water).6. Staff was polite and supportive. Mr. Arun was very much helpfull and always ready to serve you as possible as he can ♥️.7. TV was not an inclusion to my stay plan but it was available in my room with some Hindi channels. No extra charges for anything.The hotel doesn't have in house resturant but they provide you service from an out side resturant.I ordered meal/Chinese/ soup and everything was good in taste. Chana masala gravy was mouth watering .They also provide sight scene plan with a reasonable tariff. The drive of cab Mr. Vikram was awesome/decent/trust worthy. He makes our trip Hassel free.I booked this property as per review dropped in Goibibo and Google Maps and my overall stay was comfortable.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous with a huge space inside the room, and the balcony was just awesome. Great scenery and views from there. I just loved the stay. The service was more than you can ever expect. There will be two people, Saga and Arun bhaiya. They were so generous they booked me a full whole day plan with just Rs. 350, and I enjoyed the tour absolutely. They are really welcoming and helpful and charming. they provided me with plates to eat and whatever I needed They were always just a phone call away! I would greatly recommend you to stay here. It will be worth it, trust me! I liked everything about the hotel. No complaints! just 10/10

It's nice Villa with a great balcony View. The stuff here is very helpful as well. The location of this Villa is very good, it's close to the Ooty bus stop as well as you can even see the Rose Garden from the balcony itself. I would recommend Modern Villa to everyone who not only wants to visit Ooty but also wants to have a great stay experience. In our busy lifestyle, we rarely give time to our family, so doing some trips a few times a year gives me some memorable family time that I can cherish my entire life.

I stayed with my family in Modern Villa on July 6,7 n 8. I will give a 5 star for this place for the budget stay. * Rooms, Bathrooms are big, clean & tidy. * Hot water available 24*7. * Hotels & Shops 5-10 mins walk. * You get nice tea to your room if ordered. * Saga the front office person was so friendly. This is only for budget stay ppl, Do not expect premium stuffs here.

Perfect for pocket friendly stay.....you can blindly opt for the same., bcos spacious and clean room and bathroom. Balcony has a great view.... Eatery outlets are at a walkable distance . Hospitality by staff is very good.... Really happy with the time spent in Modern villa.. Booked through Goibibo directly, no referals fo my booking..

Modern villa is really a great stay. family it is very safe and location is very near to ooty market area. rooms and washrooms were very spacious and neat. towels and soaps and kettle was also provided. I strongly recommend for best stay. caretaker Arun was very supportive and helps you in any doubt.

Very Happy to review Modern Villa. Stayed 1 night with family. Nice and peaceful stay. Rooms and toilets were well cleaned and maintained. The night and morning views from the balcony was awesome. Mr. Arun was very helpful. Location is near to main road. Highly recommended for families.
